Technical Assistance Providers

Better Together Fund has received feedback from organizations interested in applying for funding and from existing BTF grantees that they would welcome access to a list of consultants/technical assistance providers that are experienced in conducting various services often needed in the planning or implementation of a formal collaboration. This is an effort to provide such a consultant list.

  • Organizations applying to BTF are NOT required to use consultants from the list. BTF does not warrant or guarantee the work of technical assistance providers on this list.

  • The list and the information provided by each consultant are meant only to provide guidance, information and resources.

  • Selecting a consultant from this list does NOT guarantee that the request for BTF funding will be granted.

  • Nonprofits are encouraged to contact multiple technical assistance providers and conduct their own due diligence in determining which consultant is the best fit for their anticipated project.

How consultants are included in this list

Consultants interested in being included in this list are requested to submit an application by inquiring with info@bettertogetherfund.org.

Their response to the RFQ is assessed based on the following criteria:

  1. Complete answers to all questions and sections

  2. Demonstrated paid work experience in the nonprofit sector or as a consultant to nonprofits; and

  3. Demonstrated experience working on at least one formal collaboration engagement.

Individuals or firms meeting the above qualifications are placed on the BTF Technical Assistance Provider List (below). There is no deadline for responding to the RFQ, and the BTF Technical Assistance Provider List will be updated on an ongoing basis as qualified consultants are approved.

The Better Together Fund is committed to supporting and increasing the cultural competence and diversity of consultants providing technical assistance to North Texas nonprofits. As a result, we encourage consultants and firms with a diverse staff (people of color, women, LGBTQ, and those with disabilities) to respond to the RFQ.
